Since sunday morning when I got up to go for a long one I&#8217;ve had trouble with my stomach. I suspect is was a mouthful of water that was the first to come out through the pipes in the garden house after winter. Tasted odd, didn&#8217;t think more of it and emptied the glass in the garden, flushed it and the next glass tasted a lot better after the tap had run for a bit.<br \/>\nWell I didn&#8217;t run on sunday an the next three days. So today I&#8217;m weighing in at 80,5 kg and has managed to go for a 8 km run on half a banana.<br \/>\nWent rather well though <a href=\"http:\/\/nikeplus.nike.com\/nikeplus\/?l=runners,runs,1815083958,runID,740034207\">a bit bumpy according to the pod<\/a>, finished in 44:14 resulting in an average pace of 5:28 min\/km.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The human body is a fragile mechanism.
